I had Panda Carpet & Tile Cleaning come and clean my carpet and tile prior to renters moving in. I was concerned about the grout colour in some high traffic areas but everything turned out great. The grout looks new and the carpet looks and smells clean and fresh. Panda is prompt professional and provides and excellent service.

We have used Panda Carpeting and Tile Cleaning twice now. The first time to steam clean tile floors and the second time to clean carpets at another home. As usual, Panda was great! We had a very bad grease spot on our carpet from a recliner hinge, which caused me to plan for carpet replacement. Much to my surprise, Herb was able to remove it entirely at a fraction of the cost. I recommend Panda to everyone who mentions carpet cleaning.
